Returns
We don't accept returns unless the merchandise is damaged.
We are not responsible for wrong sizes or unwanted merchandise.
Damages
You must call your sales representative within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a retrun authorization number.
Return only the style that has been approved. Write the RA number and your sales rep name on the outside of the box and ship it back within 3 days of obtaining your RA number.
IF RA NUMBER IS NOT PRINTED ON OUTSIDE OF THE BOX , IT WILL BE AT RISK FOR BEING REFUSED AT OUR WAREHOUSE AND RETURNED BACK TO YOU AT ADDITTIONAL COST.WE DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNING DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.

IF COD order is refused, we can re-ship it with your approval. You will be charged the extra shipping and handling cost of the box that was sent back to us.
