About Us Shelby Williams, owner of Shelby’s Fashions Alterations & Repair, has 25+ years of experience in designing, altering and improving clothing. Having started working with  material in her early teens, Shelby can clearly say that this is her passion.
Shelby's Fashions originally opened in 2002 at 200W Battleboro Ave. in Battleboro, NC. After becoming too large for this location Shelby decided to move to a different facility located in Rocky Mount, NC.
